Q1, What specific results or improvements have you experienced since coming to Complete Body?
Since joining Complete body my fitness and strength have improved dramatically. The programming is very clever and I feel I can train regularly without feeling too fatigued. I love the class format and regular training sessions have helped me lose
12 kgs in just a few months.
Q2, How would you describe the support and guidance you received from the trainers throughout?
The trainers are the best I have worked with. Their ability to recognise small tweaks to improve your technique is incredible. My lifting has improved out of sight. They are all so encouraging, even when they aren’t coaching your class they will give you a cheer or a much needed high five!
Q3, What sets Complete Body apart from other gyms you've tried, and why would you recommend it to others?
The calibre of the trainers. From a beginner to experienced, you will learn something from this team. The culture of the gym is warm, welcoming and just good fun. With the new wellness centre there is something here for everyone!

Apart from an overall improvement in strength and fitness. One of the areas I have really enjoyed seeing results in, is progress in lifting techniques which has helped me achieve some personal milestones. The physical improvements have also had a ripple effect into other areas including nutrition, daily mindset and recovery.
Q2, How would you describe the support and guidance you received from the trainers throughout?
I remember one of the first things one of the trainers said to me was ‘We want you to fall in love with the process, and embrace the training.’ That was a refreshing perspective for me to take ownership and responsibility. From my first week, it was so evident that the team at CB were genuinely invested in my fitness pursuits as much as I was.
Q3, What sets Complete Body apart from other gyms you've tried, and why would you recommend it to others?
There are a lot of intangibles; that make CB a point of difference. The most obvious one for me is; the people, there is something so powerful about a group of quality people all pursuing the same thing, it has made the commitment and discipline to train a lot easier. Aside from that the training is diverse and accommodating for all levels of fitness and skill. The trainers constantly demonstrate a commitment, and a passion to everyone’s health journey. And the wellness hub provides the perfect environment to recharge, and recover to be at your best.

Q1, What specific results or improvements have you experienced since coming to Complete Body?
I’ve been training at CB for the past 5 months, and since then I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength and fitness. I now feel motivated to exercise regularly and am getting closer to reaching my goals. It’s also had such a positive effect on my mental health, allowing some much needed ‘me time.’ I have more energy, confidence and just feel happier & healthier overall!
Q2, How would you describe the support and guidance you received from the trainers throughout?
All of the trainers at CB are genuinely so friendly, welcoming and supportive. They are so knowledgeable and passionate about helping everyone improve their health & wellness. I’ve learnt so much from all of them - tips on improving technique, recovery, nutrition and more. The constant encouragement and guidance has been the best I’ve experienced at any gym before.
Q3, What sets Complete Body apart from other gyms you've tried, and why would you recommend it to others?
Complete Body has something for everyone to benefit from. I love the training style of the group classes, as well as everything the Wellness Hub has to offer. They have such a fun, welcoming community of likeminded people which makes you want to show up everyday. I’m also so grateful for the free crèche where I can drop my kids off while I focus on my workout.
