4 x Group or Reformer Training Sessions: Choose between our Group Training and/ or Reformer Pilates—designed to re-activate your body and reset your routine.
2 x Recovery Sessions: Infrared sauna, ice bath, or compression therapy to calm the nervous system and restore your edge.
